We are DeepInvest, a global technology company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website https://earlyaccess.deepinvest.vip (the "Site"), the mobile application DeepInvest (the "App"), as well as other related products and services that refer or link to these Terms of Use ("Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and us concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services without parental or guardian permission.

1. OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to law or regulation. By posting any Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, translate, excerpt, and exploit your Contributions for any purpose.

2.4 Copyright infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Services infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please notify us.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms; (3) you are not under the age of 13; (4) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (5) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (6) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine it is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Services. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time. Prices for all products are subject to change.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

  1. We accept the following forms of payment: Alipay, Visa, Bank Transfer.
  2. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information as necessary. All payments shall be in US dollars.
  3. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already received payment.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS

  1. Billing and Renewal: Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis until such time as you cancel.
  2. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
  3. Fee Changes: We may make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.

8. RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

9. SOFTWARE

We may include software for use in connection with the Services. If such software is accompanied by an end user license agreement ("EULA"), the terms of the EULA will govern your use of the software. Any software and related documentation is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user, you agree not to:

  1. Systematically retrieve data from the Services to create a collection, compilation, or database without written permission from us.
  2. Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting email addresses by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
  3. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
  4. Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.
  5. Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using data mining, robots, or similar tools.
  6. Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks connected to the Services.
  7. Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
  8. Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or use the Services for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
  9. Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software making up part of the Services.
  10. Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use of the Services.
  11. Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
